Her career was built alongside business owners and executive leaders, evaluating opportunities, managing risk, solving complex challenges, and creating long-term value.
That experience shaped a core conviction: real success is built on trust, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to serving others well.
Inspired by her Christian faith and guided by the principles of perseverance, care for people, and wise use of resources, Lisa founded Harvest Path Investments to bring her passion for real estate together with her desire to help others create opportunity and build a stronger financial future.
Her goal is straightforward: to conduct business in a way that honors God, serves people well, and leaves clients, partners, and communities better than she found them.

Harvest Path Investments was co-founded by Larry Flener, who brings more than 30 years of experience in aviation maintenance, quality assurance, business management, and operational leadership.
Throughout his career, Larry developed an unwavering commitment to quality, precision, and attention to detail. Working in the aviation industry, where safety, accountability, and excellence are non-negotiable, reinforced principles that continue to guide his approach today: evaluate carefully, do the job right, and never compromise on quality.
Combined with a lifelong interest in residential construction and home renovation, Larry brings practical insight into evaluating properties, identifying opportunities, and overseeing improvements that create lasting value. His disciplined approach, commitment to craftsmanship, and dedication to Harvest Path’s values help ensure every project is approached with integrity, thoughtful planning, and respect for the people it serves.

Elizabeth has an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys tackling new challenges. She has a lifelong interest in residential renovation and real estate investing, and enjoys working alongside her family to identify opportunities, contribute to renovation projects, and help transform properties into places families are proud to call home.
